30-Day Returns
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original, resalable condition.
Original & Handmade Pieces
For original, handmade, and one-of-a-kind pieces sourced from Tibet, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
These pieces must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items made, altered, or cut specifically for your order, including fabric or other materials cut to a requested length
- Incense, soaps, and similar products once they have been opened or used
If Something Arrives Wrong
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us. These situations are not subject to the exclusions above, and we’ll work with you to make things right.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us within the applicable return period with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
